Dan Molloy  |  Founder

CEO and President of Molloy Sales Development Group. 21 years in the business, Dan got started as a partner in Procare Automotive a chain of 104 stores. Procare was sold to Monroe at which point Dan started Molloy Sales Development. That was nearly 16 years ago. He currently works with dealers throughout the country by implementing the Molloy process. Dan is committed to helping dealers ‘unleash the power of all their employees”.

Derek Pakis  |  Creative Director/Designer

Derek is our Creative Director and Design Guru. He is a credentialed designer that draws from over 14 years experience in crafting award-winning online and E-Learning solutions for many fortune 500 companies including: BASF, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Volvo Cars of North America, BMW, and Tiffany. Derek holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Graphic Design) from West Virginia University. 

 

Derek Is a conceptual thinker and can communicate strategic and creative direction in a clear, and concise way. He is a creative leader and works closely with clients and team members to motivate and inspire creative energy from concept through execution.

He specializes in all creative areas, including logo design, branding, web design (UI/UX), package design, E-Learning, and print.

President & CEO

Dan Molloy is President and CEO of Molloy Sales Development. Dan has been in the industry for 22 years and was a partner in Procare Automotive - a chain of 104 stores. He started Molloy Sales Development business full time in 2003 and works with clients nationwide to help them grow the business by fixing the language within & establishing standards for effective communication. Dan realized the power of commitments, and how they create commerce. He created Power Sales Training, featuring the Language Of Commitment Philosophy, which is designed to help dealers grow their companies dramatically.

Director of Training

Barry Moniak is a “fear expert” that brings over 31 years of leadership and trusted advisory consultant experience to the Molloy team. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, and also enjoys helping people overcome fear as a certified ski instructor. Both require the integration of a fearless mindset and skillset – literally having to befriend what at times we fear most. As a national business leader,

RONNIE SPURGEON

Molloy Certified Trainer

Ronnie Spurgeon is our “resident expert” of the Tire & Automotive industry. He brings a lifetime of experience working on cars and being in the automotive world. Most recently, Ronnie worked as a Service Advisor at Same Day Auto. He currently lives in Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with his son’s watching them race dirtbikes and wrestle. Ronnie was in stock car racing for 25 years.

 

A few years back, Ronnie was a student of this program, and he initially opposed the thought of it! He was an “old guy”set in his ways and didn’t need to consider changing. Well that all changed. Very quickly Ronnie got this program into his bones and began to experience the results. The conversations took on a completely different tone with the customer, leading to more sales. Ronnie unfortunately suffered a stroke and is no longer able to work with his customers the way he used to. He now enjoys helping the Molloy clients work with their customers. He is a positive force on the Power Sales Training team and a shining example of what this program can do. He is a tremendous resource for our Tire & Automotive clients.
