MOLLOY MVP AWARD
RECOGNIZING CONSISTENT EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE THAT CREATES FINANCIAL SUCCESS AND ENCOURAGES TEAM SUPPORT

Champions get better – no matter how good they are!
So...
Let’s get better – and get better at getting better!
The Molloy Coaching and Assessment Professionals (CAP) team announces a cash and recognition MVP award that rewards the consistent exemplary performance of the fourteen primary performance factors that assure service advisors’ personal and financial success.
Every performance goal required to qualify for the MVP award is observable and doable by anyone at any level of experience. This MVP award can, therefore, be won by anyone (Even in the first week of employment!) who demonstrates a solid commitment to get better – and to get better at getting better.[1]
Unlike competitions that instigate internal financial rivalry, our MVP Award rewards consistent, exemplary performance that creates financial success – and encourages team support. Team financial goals become a natural result of exemplary performance that’s within every team member’s personal control, regardless of experience.
This award is designed by the Molloy Coaching and Assessment Team, with the direct input of service advisors and leaders at all levels. The goal is to inspire world-class excellence by creating a culture of “always getting better – and getting better at getting better!”
Anyone who consistently performs the fourteen core performance factors (see your tagging reports on SMP) and takes active part in the CAP team’s coaching/training and practice to achieve consistent exemplary performance, qualifies for consideration for the MVP of the Month award. (The best of the best will win MVP of the year!)
The MVP of the month is chosen by the CAP team based on these qualifying requirements (allowances are made for holiday weeks, other partial weeks, legitimate leave, etc.):
PART 1
The first three factors required for consideration for the monthly MVP award are:
Attendance
At least two coaching sessions (class) each week
Practice
At least four ‘bot practices each week [where the ‘bot makes an appointment]
Coaching
At least one, one-on-one coaching session during the month
PART 2
The second three factors required for consideration for the monthly MVP award are:
70% performance
At least at a standard level ~ factor #2 “Y-ICHYWT”
70% performance
At least at a standard level ~ factor #3 “Timely Name Trade”
70% performance
At least at a standard level ~ factor #7 “Choice Close”
PART 3
The final selection of the MVP for the month (and the year) is made by the CAP team.
The decision is based on quality of performance, commitment, engagement, and team support by those who meet the basic requirements (above) for consideration for the award.
This award creates internal recognition and competition against a standard, not against each other, thereby encouraging team spirit as it recognizes and celebrates your most engaged and committed advisors as true team leaders, regardless of rank so...
…let’s all get better together – and get better at getting better, as a team!
NOTE: The CAP team reviews the criteria quarterly with each client company leadership team to align our advancing coaching standards and reward criteria with our clients’ training / coaching objectives and financial goals. If you need clarification or desire special coaching to help you qualify for and win the MVP award, please contact a member of the CAP team: Thomas, Eddie, Brian or Daniel.
