This course develops an “I can help you with that” mindset/skillset to effectively convert inbound calls to booked appointments using the Language of Commitment.
The Point-of-Sale course applies fundamentals learned in the ‘Inbound Call’ courses to in-person conversations with customers at the counter.

In this course trainees put down their workbooks and handle challenging scenarios as they would in real time. Then we coach them on how they might improve.
