The Missed Call
STEP 1
Your shop misses a call.
STEP 2
The Conversation
MaxSales Agent picks up and captures customer information, vehicle, reason for the call and tries to book an appointment.
STEP 3
The Conversion
After the call ends the store receives an email with the information collected.
STEP 4
The Handoff
Follow up with the customer and click "Close Won" if you were able to make an appointment or the outcome was positive. If no appointment is made click the "Close Lost" button.
Note: By clicking close won or close lost it updates the system and lets us know you have taken action on that call.
